Possible Bug(?) - Wrong URL - "Good Bye"

I got rep from another user and got the "<user> started a new personal conversation with you"-notification.

When I clicked that notification, I was shown a blank page with the text "Good bye", and I compared the notification URL and found a small inconsistency.

 

Usually, the URL look like this:

https://www.nulled.t...on&topicID.....

 

But this URL looked like this:

https://www.nulled.t...ion&topicID....

 

Older notifications about new conversations still work tho.

Am I missing something here? ..or is this some newly introduced bug?

This text appears every time I click on that notification, since it directs me to the misc.php file.
