Of course you can’t predict anything. But if you promise an average of 3$ / 1k, and your customer gets 1.4$ / 1k, he’s essentially getting 50% of what he should. He should be getting the additional streams to make up for the difference. You used the ROI to sell. Otherwise you wouldn’t have said anything about a return. You used it to get more sales by giving an average that turned out to be extremely exaggerated from the real amount. Even if you botted for 3 years and got 3$ / 1k free streams up until April, and they suddenly decided to decrease the rates, it’s obvious you used the ROI as a main selling point, it’s not secondary that the profit / return is 50% of what should have been. He should receive the amount of streams necessary for his revenue to reach the promised number.
There is nothing i can do with it. Payouts was from last 6 months around 3$ per 1k plays. If u get same revenue 6x in row i think you would expect same next month. Also he didnt lose a peny on it why should i refund him ? I always delivered streams which was ordered.
