Of course you can’t predict anything. But if you promise an average of 3$ / 1k, and your customer gets 1.4$ / 1k, he’s essentially getting 50% of what he should. He should be getting the additional streams to make up for the difference. You used the ROI to sell. Otherwise you wouldn’t have said anything about a return. You used it to get more sales by giving an average that turned out to be extremely exaggerated from the real amount. Even if you botted for 3 years and got 3$ / 1k free streams up until April, and they suddenly decided to decrease the rates, it’s obvious you used the ROI as a main selling point, it’s not secondary that the profit / return is 50% of what should have been. He should receive the amount of streams necessary for his revenue to reach the promised number.

There is nothing i can do  with it. Payouts was from last 6 months around 3$ per 1k plays. If u get same revenue 6x in row i think you would expect same next month.  Also he didnt lose a peny on it why should i refund him ? I always delivered streams which was ordered.

I know i am not part of the report. But if he was using tier 1 country accounts payouts would be atleast $3/1k. I received my payout from my own streams and averaged that much per 1k streams.

You said in several occasions the expected ROI is AROUND 3$ / 1k streams. He asked if he would be making 300$ or so from 100k streams. You said ''Yes''. This means you agreed to provide a ROI for an investment he made. The ROI can't just be a random number. If you got 3$ / 1k before and now it's 1.4$ / 1k then you are not fulfilling the initial promises whether that's your doing or not. People have confirmed in other occasions 1.2-1.4$ / 1k is the rate for FREE streams but that with premium streams the rate would be much higher. You can't lure people to your product by offering a ROI of 3 times the investment money and then say it's not your problem that it decreased when he doesn't get said ROI.

You repeatedly confirmed the expected ROI would be 3$ / 1k streams. Nowhere was it mentioned that it could be half of that. You got the same payment whether your customers had received 3$ or 1$ or 0$ or 1000$ / 1k streams, so you clearly don't care and you think you fulfilled your job, but in reality, you promised a payout rate that is not legitimate, or at least it wasn't received by any of your customers, thus making your statements false, you can't promise a ROI and then say your responsibility ends with you providing the product because people paid for streams to obtain the return mentioned. 

 

With this logic, anyone can promise a 1000% ROI, and then say circumstances changed along the way and now the expected ROI is -50%. It's just not logical when you are offering a service you know doesn't fully depend on you, but a third party, and the third party could change at any moment.

 

The ROI you discussed should have never been discussed, you simply told your customers that they would obtain a specific return for a specific investment, and the return was not fulfilled as promised. 

 

Your customers should either receive the ROI promised (an average of 3$ / 1k streams they purchased) in extra streams or a refund from the payment they made in proportion to the ROI that was failed to be met.

This refund was for streams not provided in month 3. (1/4th of the ordered streams I believe)

 

This had nothing to do for month 1,2 and half of month 3.

I would like to add something to this case regarding the spotify streams botting as i was running this service as well some time ago,

It should have been possible to get 3$ per 1k streams if MOST of the streams were done from premium accounts as the premium accounts ensure the biggest payout rate per %, of course, you can target highest paid out streams from specific countries if you have data of it, but every month it changes.

From my experience, it can't be such a low amount per 1k, especially 1,4$. In my opinion the streams were done mostly from free accounts, they have a much lower payout rate compared to premium ones.

It's a really high possibility thats what happened here. Everyone who is in spotify botting knows that acquiring and sustaining a big pool of premium accounts these past months became really hard as spotify started blocking access to the accounts much faster than it was, for example, 4 months ago. 

It's really possible that he just took a bigger amount of free accounts and used them to just complete the orders not taking into consideration the low payout rate from those. It would make sense to mix free/premium streams to make it look more legit, but it should be no way lower than 2,5-3$ per 1k. 

Also a note: if anyone is using novecore, their support can tell you the balance of free/premium account statistics on your account so you can see what's up.

@Gravity yes, thank you, I’m aware, that’s why I said he can’t promise a ROI that implies the use of premium accounts and then switch to free and provide the same number of streams. In any case the ROI would decrease considerably. He had to provide twice as many streams if he was going to provide free rather than premium as he said.
