Here it states: Im using mostly premium accounts mixed with free accounts.

 

Amount scammed: 254$. (month 1 is paid out to low,  month 2 I expect to low payout as well)

What happened is that spotify started banning premium accounts quickly after an update so most premium accounts for streams would die quick. People started selling free-account streams for 0.3$/k. Oriax on the other hand did make the choice to keep selling "mixed" streams for 1$/k and told us we would still expect 3$/k.

Me and other people got scammed since we got less payout then promised simply because he streamed with free accounts. 

The other people I walked to sent me payout proof of April, and dont open scam reports since they are scared for the accounts of their customers.

@OriaxSTREAM you clearly said the revenue would be 3$ / 1000 streams and the actual revenue was much lower. If you promise a revenue based on the number of streams your customer purchases and then he gets much less than what you claimed as return, then it's your responsibility. He paid you for an expected return and not for a number of streams that would give a random revenue in the end. 

If he was promised a revenue he must receive that revenue. Around 3$ (more or less, within reasonable limits) for every 1000 streams. If the revenue is not the one promised, then he must receive streams to make up for the difference in profits. 

Spotify changing their payout system due to abuse isn't your customers responsibility.

I was also "Scammed" by Oriax he has no control over it so that's why I put quotations am I also able to get a partial refund on my money?

Sad to say, but seems there are just free streams.

As I remember I got 1.2 per 1k in April with Oriax

And as for now in May it's like 1.4 per 1k

 

It would be nice to avoid false advertising, the rate is nowhere near 3/1k

Sources of my streams are still same for a months. Im botting more than 3 years now. Im using accounts only from best paid regions. Yes i told him that revenue is around 3$ per 1k plays because my payout was like that for a months. How can i be responsible how much will spotify pay next month? How could i know that? I cant predict how much will spotify pay next month. All my revenue are based on payouts from past. Nobody can predict what u earn next month.

Of course you can’t predict anything. But if you promise an average of 3$ / 1k, and your customer gets 1.4$ / 1k, he’s essentially getting 50% of what he should. He should be getting the additional streams to make up for the difference. You used the ROI to sell. Otherwise you wouldn’t have said anything about a return. You used it to get more sales by giving an average that turned out to be extremely exaggerated from the real amount. Even if you botted for 3 years and got 3$ / 1k free streams up until April, and they suddenly decided to decrease the rates, it’s obvious you used the ROI as a main selling point, it’s not secondary that the profit / return is 50% of what should have been. He should receive the amount of streams necessary for his revenue to reach the promised number.

I refunded his last order which i didnt filled.

But that refund is not related to the payment he’s talking about, he added up 3 payments because you didn’t fulfill all the orders and therefore the refund had to be done. This is a completely different situation where his ROI was decreased by 50% from day 1 and you took no responsibility for it.
