Useless as it will reduce the overall staff ug value
Anything related to staff UG must be dealt with utmost importance as it has been dealt so far. (Except one or two circumstances even after all the restrictions and such)

Imo it'll double or even triple the spam in the support section, people will literally snipe support threads (like they already do) with correct, half-correct or even wrong information just to get the UG
It will lead to a lot of confusion when 5 people comment within in like 2 minutes either saying the same stuff over and over or saying mixed stuff with partly- or fully false information

i mean by reduce spam (forgot to add to thread),
when a thread is posted in support it would be locked for the first 10 mins,
only staff can reply during the first 10 mins,
after 10 mins thread would get unlocked automatically
