But it's clearly not by the literal fact i spent 20 mins googling to get all those links while messaging people. Index of = Directory indexing

They mean both very different things.

Correct, these are SQL errors. BUT don used the them in a different way to these and in a special way combined with numeric and more to make them different and to get better results.

It's completely invalid.

 

Theoretically everything is public since you can find everything on google nowdays  with just a simple query but don developed those methods and made them much better

Forward the ebook to me showing me exactly where the exact content and all of the ebook can be found online for free. Send me pictures comparing the text on both ebook and websites or other sources.
If the ebook just took public content and it’s a copy-paste or rewrite of something that’s clearly available to the public for free, then we will stop his sales.
Aside from that, you leaking the ebook before our approval or acknowledgement is the worst thing you could have done. You can’t make decisions like that without asking staff and then come to staff when you think you are right to get your money back. The complaint has to be made first and staff will tell you what to do after it’s resolved.
