They keep cancelling my orders due to a "technical issue". Called support and live chat and they said they can't fix it as it's literally a technical issue. Tried making a new account, spelling address differently, and a new card to no avail. Done 7 refund previously.
Target cancellation bypass method?

Did you use the same address and/or card for the previous ones? If so, you're likely in some list to cancel.
Even using the same IP address can get your orders cancelled.
Edit: or maybe it's an actual technical issue, no one can say with 100% guarantee
