If a situation comes up where a scam report is involved regarding the usage time of a tool it's normally handled on a case-by-case basis. Something is usually worked out with the buyer but it's completely situational.

I’m selling checker here on nulled, I saw that the warranty is 2 weeks. Do I need to offer a full refund even if the checker has stopped to work after 13 days ?
You might have to Give a partial Refund
