it means the configuration is empty and does not contain stacks so it gives you this error

Do you even save the config?

If you are making the config make sure you save it.

If you are downloading the config:

1. Right click on the config file and open in notepad copy all of the stuff in there.
2. Now go to the config section select new then press view LoliScript
3. Now paste it then save it (but remember you will have to do this every time).

Go to the configs section in OB, rescan to refresh the list. Then reload the config in Runner. This should hopefully work
