Additional Information: I have waited for him atleast 3 weeks now, but it seems like he doesn't want to respond, so here I am.. I've tried contacting him on Nulled, Telegram, Discord and through Shop query, but he hasn't responded anywhere. I know it isn't a big sum, but I really need a cmore account and I can't get more BTC atm so a refund could work but preferably a new account.

Yeah I agree the amount isn't anything big, but I saw that other people also were trying to reach him without success, so might aswell hinder anymore people from buying accounts of him.
