This is used to map dll files to another program. If you want to use a hex editor, and search for what dlls map to what feel free. Could be a virus mapping to a windows process!
same possibility with the one below

The PadThai.dll it's self is pretty clean if you have a undetected dll injector, and decent bypass for Fortnite I would use that to be safe!
Syzex
Seems to have all the same files mapper/sys key(didn't check info on that)
It seems to use the Pad Thai.dll ass well but there is a syzex dll

That was a virus scan of the site... the site isn't going to be scanned and magically tell you file info... but okay...

Also you realize that you just leaked the site name in the VT right? leechers get to prosper XD
