Unofficial Nulled Chat
Hello Nulled users. Today I present you the extension I've been working hard on for a few weeks.
A few weeks ago a good friend of mine notfound told me that he knew how to make an extension and he told me that the only way to be warned when someone was talking to you in the chat was with a script that together with an extension did the job but he didn't see the quality.
Then I started thinking that it would be a good way to learn debugging by myself and make my first extension.
I started working on it right away and spent many hours figuring out how nulled chat worked and discovered that it was a socket created with socket.io (A framework for creating javascript "sockets" using websockets).
With the traffic monitor I found out how the platform automatically subscribed to the available channels and received the messages. After a couple of days of development I was able to subscribe and receive new messages.
After finishing the whole front-end I published it in the Google Chrome Store (after several unsuccessful attempts) paying the 5 $ entry fee.
Now the extension is fully functional and with some interesting features like:
- View the chat wherever and whenever you want (You can view the chat by clicking the extension on any tab).
- Bigger message cache (By default the chat only shows 50 messages simultaneously but because the extension is totally external it has its own cache with the ability to be expanded to the desired number).
- You will only subscribe to the channels you want from the configuration.
- Notification system when any user you have is mentioned in the mentions list.
- Instant response.
There is no need to verify the extension as it has already been checked by google but if necessary I will send the source code to an administrator.
To use the extension you only need a chromium-based browser and an internet connection.
This extension does not use google analytics or any connection to google other than the font used (Poppins) to maintain user privacy.
As the extension is free I will only continue to develop if I see support from users or donations.
