Should be possible as long as you can manage ports on the server that you're connecting to through VPN.

im using spymax android rat https://www.nulled.t...x-20/?hl=spymax  and i cant forward port because i dont have external ip but i have Avira Phantom VPN what ip and port have i put in to this rat ? external ip from vpn and opened port ?

as for setting it up, if you have a VPN that supports it, you can configure which port to forward, usually in the "my account" page.

 

or

 

I would suggest setting up no-IP:

you can use the hostname as the IP address so that your external IP is invisible.

it is way easier to do so with a vpn, than routing ur own router.
