Additional Information: 

As you can see at (1) that i've been tagged by a mod at 05 June 2020 telling that i won the gw made by @Root. I sent a pm to @Root at the same day (Friday) requesting for the prize and as you can see at (2) that he told me to wait until Sunday( 07/06/20) and i said "ok, np " . I sent him another PM on Sunday (yesterday) since it's the day i'm supposed to recieve the prize but no respond , user offline for the second day after the gw ended. After being offline for 2 days i saw that he went online today at 07:55 PM as you can see at (3)  and that he saw my messages at (4) and ignored me. it's been 3h , no respond... Sorry Root i didn't want to do this but I was left with no choice but to report you.

I believe that not receiving a giveaway prize does not warrant for a scam report (especially for one of just $10) because:

1) You have not lost anything (except maybe 5 seconds of your time)

2) Would probably be better to simply confer with a moderator in my opinion

3) Opening a scam report greatly reduces the person you are opening the report on's trust and credibility. And especially because in this case, he was AFK and he was not really "scamming" anybody.

Just my opinion.

The amount doesn't really matter even  if it's 1$ . Root could tell me that he have problems when he saw my message but he didn't , and that's why i opened this report . If he told me to wait for days , weeks or even months amma accept the situation    ... Root talked to me on discord and explained the situation after this report so yeah and as you can see at the post he made that i didn't reject his decision .
