Today a user used my service and gave me a neutral rep when trying to give me positive rep. He was unaware that that basic members do not have the ability to give +/- rep. I'd rather have no rep from him than the neutral, especially since it was not his intention.
Upon request I can post a screenshot of the telegram conversation showing he was unaware and trying to post a positive rep.

@AmazonLord Are you serious? Probably more than 75% of nulled is non upgraded users. If they buy off someone they are able to rate them neutrally but they can leave either a positive or negative comment. The number of rep doesn't matter. If greys had the ability to rate someone positively it would be abused and lead to tons of scams from people self repping themselves on alts. No reason to remove your rep because it is positive. Also if you dont want them to only have neutral rep please tell me what you are suggesting
