Short Description Of Product/Service: HIS PayPal holder, was my pp holder - paypal holder sent him my money including his. Asked the PayPal holder to send funds back, he said no - he can't - Asked Sukesada for funds back in private dm and he says "Not my issue"

Whole situation explained :

I used the same PP holder. (Yes, it was the PayPal's holder mistake.) But when I asked @Sukesada to return money to me, he said that's not my issue then later said "Make a scam report then and see what happens I didn't scam you and jamz didn't scam you, stfu and gtfo - then blocked me.

Got this issue sorted and money refunded, was a misunderstanding between the Holder & Seller. - @Lucas
