Windows Defender is good enough unless you're new to the internet and go to sites that could have obvious viruses, but if I did have to suggest one it'd be Malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes and windows defender are doing fine.Don't do dumb things online clicking without thinking or trusting files in the web.Stay safe OP! After all humans are the weakest links in security.
