My buid:

CPU: i5 8600k

GPU: 1070ti

Cooler: Corsair h100i v2

16GB Ram

250 ssd

1tb hdd

When im playing games and my gpu is under load the temps of the gpu reach 80º....

My cpu temps are normal.... max 55º

According that i have a water cooler... is it normal? perhaps a faulty gpu?

On idle the gpu temps are normally like 55-60º

GPUs can withstand temperatures of up to 80 to 90 °C, so yes, these temperatures are completely normal.

My GPU sits around 30-40~ on idle and depending on the game, goes up to 80 too. But rarely. If the GPU is many years old, might be time to change it out. For your CPU, it's nice to change out the thermal paste one every one or two years. Also, take it apart to clean out the fans from dust and stuff. Buy a can of compressed air for the dust, it helps.

changed the termal paste and cleaned the dust yesterday :D

Then perhaps check what's running in the background. Programs can send tasks to your GPU even if they aren't rendering graphics. Make sure you disable shit you don't really need on startup. Do that from task manager on Windows 10 then.

already setted up

That's alright. My GPU is around the same when playing a game at full load. If it gets hotter you should worry
