We Can't Help Those Who Got Problem after 5/30 Min of Payment, but this guy asking For Refund after a week, he also got REFUND from the other seller and told him FF14 Isn't working, he buys the account and get REFUND, looks liek he's doing this all the time, Contacting Sellers for account then Pays Him and then Want Refund after a day, he's Playing games
This is not a problem with the account, this is a problem with the game itself, he requested an account with this game specifically and he can't use it. He's not taking advantage of you, he's not making it up (because you tried to do it too and failed). So what's the holdup?
Aside from that, both games are ONLINE which means they are server sided, they require a digital copy of the subscription in order to be played, this means he won't be able to play those games because game sharing is not possible (any psn account seller should know that, you included).
You are blaming him for buying it when he wouldnt have bought had you told him it was not possible to play this game. He is complaining to you because the game he purchased from you is not playable. And as you verified this, and you know he's not making it up just to get a refund, you should refund him.
Also, mind explaining what would be his benefit from buying accounts with games he can't use, and then asking for a refund? Do you think he lives just to annoy you or other sellers? Do you think he has to know which games can be played and which games can't when you, as a seller, haven't the faintest idea of how game sharing works?
Stop wasting my time and refund him, or don't, and you will be banned because this is a blatant abuse of your personal TOS.
