Additional Information: I sent the payment 5/04/20 to interpol / their CrazyAim Inc. Paypal email expecting to get a software delivered.  I opened a ticket on their Discord server, soon later, I got a response from him giving my downloads, etc.

 

I had DMed him the day after regarding an issue in DM's, no response.  Took it to my ticket, and got a un-assuring response, which, of course was un-assure enough that I still don't have a working product.  It has been well over 2 weeks and I still haven't got a working product nor a ETA, or actual good response.  The support is useless and the only person who actually helped me with some questions was a developer un-related to the product.

 

Later he deleted my ticket in the discord with no questions asked after I requested a refund, and I then DMed him asking why, all I got was, "give me your oder id", and still no response yet from him.  Quite disappointed and would like to see a response on this scam report against him from him.

 

If any more additional information is needed, let me know.

(Also, this is my first scam report, so if I did something wrong, also please let me know as soon as possible.)

 

TL:DR / I'd like a full $30 refund from interpol.

All I got was, "yup" last night when he DMed me.  We probably have different timezones as when he sent it, it was 4:49 AM and I was asleep, so he probably is asleep now.  DMed him earlier and waiting for a response now.

He informed me an hour ago that he has indeed refunded me, but the money is not in my PayPal yet and he stated that he is waiting for his holder.

 

If you could, keep this scam report open until the money has reached my account, thanks.

Me and my holder don't have access to the Paypal account anymore (They ask to call them as soon as we connect to the account)

 

I've asked Austin to open a dispute on Paypal, Impossible to unblock the account as long as the support is not reopened

Not sure if you got his DM about PayPal support, but he says it is closed and his holder needs to wait until it's open, which he has no ETA about that, other than he doesn't really want to keep me waiting for two weeks or more.

 

Meanwhile, Interpol told me to open up a dispute on PayPal, he said he couldn't respond to it because he couldn't see the dispute, so I'm not really sure how I could escalate it to PayPal.  I think I might have to wait until he calls PayPal support until he says it's open.

 

Other from that, that's all the convo we really had.
