Additional Information:

 

I tried my 1st refund myself on "Cdiscount". After 2 calls & 1 mail they asked me an affidavit and my id card. I got scared and started a new thread to ask if it was the normal procedure case or no : https://www.nulled.t...-failed-refund/

 

I decided to contact the refunder "DeaNox" to ask him if I should try or no

He told me to not fill that affidavit or Cdiscount would ask me to make a police report and my refund will fail.

 

He asked me if I want him to fix the problem and I accepted because I thought the refund was failed after what he said.

 

Then he asked for my ID card to send them

The problem is that I'm sure he's just sending all the document that cdiscount is asking for (id card and affidavit with my informations that he completed himself) .

 

Then I pmed a member on nulled who did a cdisount refund with the member "cornellia" to ask if he had to give that documents (id card and affidavit) to get the refund and he told me yes.

I can translate every screen if needed.

 

He's asked me 25% of the amount to fix the "problem". As I say it's my first refund so I don't really know if I failed or if he's just abusing me.

 

I want to know what's your thinking about the situation

To explain quickly, I clarified with a discussion with a refunder last night before taking care of your refund, that the certificates and the police report was a risk, since I use them no more, and I tried a new method to fix your refund and ask bypass this attestation on honor to fill. It worked wonderfully, we only asked for the identity card sent by email then after that we had to call them back to complete the process and launch an investigation near the mail which would take 10-15 days according to them.

 

Now we're waiting for Lucas' response, your scam report is worthless and you don't even know what you're saying.

It is written BLACK ON WHITE ON THEIR FUCKING SITE !!! After having completed a certificate for electronic items, you will be brought to file a complaint against X, and your refund would have no way out. You're just stupid for your actions ...

I just opened the report to know what people are thinking about the situation

There was no problem to give you the 25% of the total if i'm wrong and failed my refund.

 

But you overreacted and probably already called cdiscount to cancel it and make me ban from the site

As long as he can bypass the requirements the website asks for, and keeps you informed, and succeeds in refunding, this doesn't constitute a scam. If he lies to you about the way he's going to obtain the refund, such as not telling you he's using a Fake PR or something like that, you are entitled to report him. Aside from that, as long as he does complete the refund, bypassing the things the website requests, the deal is completed and successfully done. Nothing to discuss until you have news from the site. Or if they contact you asking for something else.
