I'm going to leave an honest review of the @officialzeea service.
I met the user about 6-7 months ago, we worked many labels and orders.
At the beginning he was a person with a lot of interest in customer service but as time passed, he changed radically. I don't know if nowadays, he has many clients that occupy all his time (if so, I'm happy for him). But the customer service just dropped 100%.
The responses to requests and questions completely late and not very precise, it is as if he bothered to answer you, as if he were doing you a favor and not a business, sometimes the labels took a long time to update and it was impossible to get a concrete answer from him.
I don't want him to take it personally, it's just what I think, we won't work anymore but I should have left my review.
