Cdiscount failed refund ?

Hello,

 

I tried my first refund for 950€ on cdiscount but I'm not sure it's going well.

I called them 2 times asking for a partial refund and wrote a mail.

 

After 5 days, they're now asking for an affidavit + ID Card and they will inspect again my case and send the refund after it (that's what they told me).

 

Someone ever tried to refund on that site ? Is that the normal way I should get my refund ? Do you think I should send them what they're asking for ?
