Umm, I got a message today where they told me that they scanned my items and that they got delivered and if i wish to go further I need to make a police report against the logistic partner.
Is there something I can do rather than dispute the payment through my bank?

No I did not use paypal. I hear a lot of people saying "fake tid" how do you do that? Like faking the tracking id.
