I can say that Arab and Exentric has done some dirty stuff in the past. They are known not to refund. Exentric refused to refund/pay back someone, I don't have screenshots because my account got terminated but thats my cents on this.

you can search for convos with terminated users by searching for Deleted User
It's a old one so it's not possible it's Deleted User#0000 so it's not
