I am using bitdefender + win defender + malwarebytes. You're right, it also made my computer so fucking slow. Same question.

Bro too many antivirus, use only malwarebytes or bitdefender, they are so good.

Antivirus collects the names and hash of all programs you scan and keeps a record of them on their internal database, to compare with programs that other users are scanning.

Any info you have which is private, is not so private when you click that "Full Scan" button and have the results analysed. Common sense is the best AV, and constantly use VirusTotal / isolated VMs.

Any good antivirus will do the work without the need of an additional one.
