I would assume he could help you with that too. Although this is all general advice you can find on your own. In short, you need a caloric surplus and to start lifting.

My 2 cents. What i have observed is that people pay trainers or for diet plans but still do not change. The reason is that they do not have the stamina to change. No one can change you unless you want to change. I learnt it the hard way.
One of the best SE'r on this forum.
Was the first to start DJI Rape, Razer Rape, Samsung Rape, LG rape and Oneplus Rape. Yes I was the one that started it all.
Went from SE'ing Fitbit to a living for only a $100 a month to around $100,000 a month now.

It definitely helps if theres someone that knows what they're doing besides them to push them and educate them
obviously at the end of the day its up to them to bite the bullet and make the change.
isnt that the same with any self-improvement though?
