Please, remember that the goal, at the end of the day, is to give up vaping & smoking altogether.
It's phenomenal that you have quit smoking, but i urge to also make an effort to quit vaping.
Even if its small steps at a time (going from 7 days a week to 5 days a week, then 3 days, then 1 day, etc..).
I can guaranteed that there are some unforeseen health risks associated with vaping.
The only thing that should go going in and out of of your lungs should be oxygen,
I'm really not trying to sound like a parent, but honestly, congrats on not smoking in two years,
I know it won't be easy, the vaping might be a deeply ingrained habit at this point, small wins obviously will build up.
If you want some practical advice, if vaping is like a stress reliever, find some other (healthier) reliever like playing video games,
talking w/ friends, working on a passion/hobby, to overpower that urge.
It takes roughly 66 days(that's only 2ish months), for a new behavior to become automatic (become a habit)
Take that to your advantage and live a healthier life, so your future self can thank your past self for making that smart ass decision.

Smoking vape is so good, I can choose/make any flavor of liquid that I wanna. I smoke liquids with 6/9mg of nicotine. Cigarettes are trash.
