Additional Information: I bought 2 days ago from him Cheat Apex Legends for 1 month cost 80$ in the beginning they support And service was very bad

i always wait alot of time for answer, i saw ignores when i try to talk to them they go offline and be online only for say waiting for update.

i talk to few people there that they bought and they told me the same problem that i have.

now i will explain here too what happen

He gave me some files (Loader) for run the cheat when i load it it's not work it's say "waiting for update" and keep loading after awhile it's say server close connection and nothing.

they told me 2 days ago less than 12 hours it will be fix, yesterday few more hours. Well, 2 days has been pass from the purecash.  it's has been more than 48 hours. they keep ignore me, don't even tell me about the update and they scam me.

please give me a refund.
