Well i paid him to do some changes on the upgrade system of our site aka the way it works. 

 

After 24h + of "release" it was just bugging around, i went to sleep. NExt day spotify updated their api and now wants to charge me for fix and refuses to refund me

I worked for that update, and I don't see any reason to refund or any reason in that rule, it is not his fault Spotify updated its API, nor is it mine.

It's not his fault nor is it yours, but you are the seller, and it's your responsibility to provide a working product that has a working life of at the very least 14 days, or otherwise provide a refund. You didn't offer a fix, and instead offered it for a fee which is completely unreasonable. Not how it works. 

Seeing as you'd rather just leave, I see no reason to prolong this further.
