Additional Information:

About 3 and a half months ago I bought the UPGRADER.CC project from Bleach and the staff of Nulled.
The latter was the official Nulled project (as sponsored by them as such).
Before arriving at the purchase, 1 month passed in which we had the opportunity to discuss various things. Including the fact that the project was on sale as the time to manage it was not enough.
And above all because I want to sell it to me as "We would like to keep our brand name in tact" "We only sell it to someone who is serious about this" "and will therefore also offer support and help even after the owner transfer".

Well after 3 months spent adding features and spend money to improve the service .. here comes the rip-off, as soon as a problem arrives, ie the update of the Spotify API, they immediately take advantage of it to open a service called UPGRADED.CC

Now I would like to understand if this seems to you a right thing or not.
I buy a service that I pay € 6k just because it has the clientele and bears the name of a project baked by administrators of a well-known forum. (Very high price in comparison to the real price of the project itself)
And after 3 months do I have to find such a thing?
The same service by changing only one domain letter?
Surely I will not get any compensation, because obviously everyone does what they want, but this is to inform you of the transparency that there is from certain people. (and we are talking about someone who should adjust the right from the wrong in this forum.)

This scam report was created to make everyone aware of the situation. The money was passively "stolen", if I buy a service from a forum administrator, a service that is much less than the real price on paper, but obviously the fact that it is a Nulled project makes it rise by very much the price .. I would never expect 3 months later will open again the same service by changing a letter to the domain.
Because if so then all the things that were reported before the sale are false, and consequently a product was sold based on the seller's false statements, and this is called scam.

Yes, because I want the situation to be exposed to everyone, not in private with apologies that don't stand up.
Even if it were only """sponsored""" by you, this does not change the conflict of interest created, and the non-transparency in the deal.

From what I know its way longer ago then 6 months. I understand your proper emotional situation about this but there is no way somebody can predict if somebody wants to come back to the business or not. Bleach and the others sold it for lack of time months back, seems like he has more time now and want to come back to it.

 

Indeed he is beginning from zero again while you still have all his customer base. And here is the clue about it. Keep your customers satisfied and they will not leave you.

You've been nothing but a hassle to us ever since it was sold to you. Jack blocked you for a reason.

So based on all of this we can see this in a different real-life perspective:
Peter owns a successful clothing line that sells mens gym-wear menswear he's been running for 6 months
Due to personal reasons he is forced to either close the service down (while upsetting 1000s of customers), or sell it to a new owner who will be able to keep up with everything
He decides to sell it obviously stating it was being sold due to not having time for it
Months go by and Peter has much more time now to work on his projects, and all his personal issues have been resolved
However, now he's apparently not allowed back in the market and start a new clothing line that sells both mens gym-wear and womens (spoiler ) gym-wear according to you (?)
