I would like to firstly say that I do not have anything against Asclepius, but the way this is being handled is forcing me to file a scam report because I believe Asclepius is involved and is making finn think he doesn't owe me anything. I know something else is going on, but Asclepius holds all responsibility.



So one day I open nulled as usual and I find that the usergroup color has changed to white. This isn't the first time changes happen without my consultance but anyway I message finn so he can add me back to the edited UG. So first of all I did not agree to the UG's color being changed. Then finn tells me that Asclepius wanted me off the UG? But how? I OWN the UG just as much as he does.

I see Asclepius bragging in sb that he paid finn for my ug spot, but how can I be thrown off a ug I owned?
I give him the benefit of the doubt and message him to ask if finn was joking. What would you guess? Asclepius doesnt reply. A couple hours go by and neither finn nor asclepius are replying so I have no clue what is going on. I go back to nulled and see Asclepius in SB. I ask him why he's not answering pms, and he doesnt reply. So I ask if he decided to throw me off my own ug? He says:

This is a screenshot of our agreement that we made in December. We later bought the UG in December as well. We paid for the Heavenly usergroup 5000 euros each. I paid the exact amount right to the cent:

So on thursday, Asclepius convinced finn that he was the owner of the usergroup, and paid extra to own my spot, and get me thrown off of it. He basically had me thrown off the usergroup I paid 5000 euros to own. Now my usergroup is gone, and so are the "profits" from third slot sale we were going to sell. In conclusion: he robbed me/scammed me.

I am open to all solutions / options if they are reasonable enough for me.
One possibility is: I get back my ug + thread style, and @Asclepius gets to sell the 3rd slot since he technically paid for it. He can keep all the profits from the last slot, and I get no extra "profits."

As I told you, if this isn’t fixed by the one who should fix it, I am going to remove my account from the forum and I know at least 2 other staff members think the same. It’s an unfair situation, it stains the reputation of Asclepius but most importantly ours and we won’t ignore this.
I think we should let Asclepius make an apology statement here, so he can clear everything up from his point of view and apologize for the damage done to you.

I will take my time to make a clear statement about this whole scenario now, since a lot of people seem to choose sides, even though they only know one part of the story. 

At the end of 2019 we decided to get a user group together, with equal owner ship. Although, things have changed for me. We - the whole refunding section - have created a group together, trying to make some statements. You were accepting things, that the whole community agreed to, while in reality you were doing complete opposite things behind our back (which we later found out, due to screens from clients).
Once you left the group, you literally decided to give a fuck about everyone and just do your own thing by doing the COMPLETE opposite. No one forced you to do what would be the best for EVERYONE, although YOU were the person who didn’t have the courtesy to say the whole refunder group / community the truth, that you won’t change anything and don’t give a fuck what others want from you. We decided agreements that you would accept to in front of us all , but in reality you kept doing what we all wanted to avoid.

When you left the group, not only did you keep doing sneaky things, you also mentioned my name in SB 24/7 even though no one wanted anything anymore from you at that point. You started spamming memes and making fun of me the whole day, while we are still sharing a „user group“.

But that’s not what this is only about. A lot of your clients have contacted me, as well as other refunders, who complained about your service that you left them alone after you failed their refund or told them to do things that would not be safe for customers whatsoever. People trying to leave honest feedback on your thread, as a person did detailed, you would neg rep telling them they were lying when in reality you just couldn't handle the situation and wanted to get out of it. Within a week I got several requests from people, who literally asked me to fix your refund - or more importantly wanted help to return the product whilst getting out of this as safe as possible. I did not expect that from someone I’m sharing a user group with especially after all this previous stuff has happened yet. At that point counting all the things together, from you flexing your UG thinking your better then other people and showing immature behavior in sb, shittalking me 24/7, talking behind my back, shitting on the whole scene and backstabbing everyone as well as treating your customers as shit I had to find a solution to this.

Since a lot of people would recognise me or us as a group, I wanted to put a stop to that. We both decided to make that usergroup, but Finn would only charge 10k for it, so we both put money to it. Allthough, since all this dirty stuff from your end seemed to have no stop, I decided to ask Finn if I can purchase the user group for my self and get you removed from it, as I did not want to bee associated with you anymore whatsoever. I had plenty of reasons to get rid of you in my group.

Finn agreed to this to give me the full ownership for the user group, as I paid it out, and removed you. You were the one being sneaky, dirty & a trash talker to everyone, not caring about anyone whatsoever. I had more then enough reasons to stop this.

You are trying to be the poor person right here, crying and complaining in Shoutbox 24/7 trying to get peoples attention by telling one-sided wrong storys and tell everyone I „scammed“ you, when in reality other people should ask themself, if they would want to be associated with someone like you and sharing a „group“ when they were in my position, whilst having the opportunity to buy the group and get this removed.

At this point, since I own this group now and all you’ve been doing was even more sneaky talking and begging for stuff that you don’t deserve, I’ve said more then enough. You are blaming ME for scaming you, when in reality all I did was to buy the group to myself, as I had the rights to do so.

Finn himself quoted in SB all you do is beg, and he doesn’t want to give you the money back, so you literally filed a scam report against myself, because you didn’t have the courtesy and the balls to open your mouth and direct it towards @finndev if that’s how you feel.

Okay let me begin by saying you have the full right to believe I acted that way but you are misinterpreting it, because you were never part of it.

First of all the "master plan" was to create a refunding cartel. It was penis' idea and I agreed at first and so did everyone. We discussed rates and someone decided to add @Lucas and Lucas pointed to the facts that this won't work because it only benefits us. Which is true. We agreed to set a minimum for fees. We said 25%. My rates at that time were 13% and 15%. I raised my rates to 20% as everyone was asking me to, again to help you, and was told it'll benefit me and so on. I agreed to it. Then comes the part where I buy credits, and pin to the top. The beef starts with me and penis, and never involved you. The memes that were made weren't made by me, and surprises me that you even got mad because it was mentioning PENIS, NOT YOU. 

All refunders attacked me, and you were never mentioned. Zoom, Penis, Grungy, Deathstroke all attacked me and even botted my telegram. Tell me, where did I mention your name? I have nothing but respect for you because you taught me how to deal in this game, and how to survive. But you just backstabbed me by taking away my ug. You are saying I was mocking you when I never had anything against you. Here is a screenshot from 17/04 to staff and it never even mentions you.

You're saying you told finn that you wanted to buy the UG when you know in fact I will never get my money back. Again this is another attempt made by other refunders to destroy my business so YOU can make more money. Isn't that true? I mean, you decided rates. As you can see our last talk was regarding me getting first pin. After that I get shocked when I lose my ug. I even referred to you as "bro" so where is the beef? Where is the screenshots of me making memes about you? Me making fun of you? Because it seems like you're twisting the facts to fit your own agenda. You're simply making up an excuse to have me removed from the ug when the real excuse is you're greedy for more money. You know I made it to the top. You took it away so you and you only can shine with your thread and fancy usergroup. But you're forgetting that I paid for it just as much as you did. After all I owned it just as much as you did.

Moving on to the next point. You paid finn for my spot when I was an equal owner, and I never agreed to it. You knew very well that I won't get my money back. Plus you are two-faced. You act like you're a God infront of anyone but lie and talk shit behind their backs.

So again, you are twisting the facts to somehow prove that I have a bad reputation because I failed a few refunds or had beef with you when I didn't have beef with you.

If you had read the first line of the scam report you'd understand why I started this report in the first place.

You owe me my ug spot. None of what you said gives you a reason to rob me of my spot.

I offered you solutions that are not fair but as a way to end this situation. This is not good for either of our reputations.
i.e: you can sell the last spot and I get no money whatsoever even though we agreed to split it, or you pay me if you really want me out of the UG and sell the 2 other spots to whoever you want.
