Last thing I got from him was on May 1 when he asked for a phone number. No updates since then.

I message you whenever I get any update from Google. Last time they were asking me for phone number and I messaged you. We are talking about new Pixel 4 XL 128GB and Google is working slow on Pixel 4 xls and due to less support team in Google due to Covid 19.

 

I will message you as soon as I get an update from Google and tracking and will update you If there's any update or problem. I had started the process that guy only when I got your address so no need to worry

It is already in processing but since I processed a retail for him, It is taking longer to ship. Google dont have their call support open now due to covid 19 so I have to wait for the email from shipping department for Pixel 4 XL update. I am keeping him updated with any update that I get and hopefully this month It will be shipped. Sorry for taking long but due to their call support closed, Pixel 4 XL is taking time to ship since I tried to do retail for him

Slowly the phones which were processed before are shipping. He agreed to take refurb in case retail doesnt ship so I had already messaged Google requesting them to send the phone which was making this process long because phone got hold and wasnt shipping due to it being retail. I normally update him via discord whenever I have any update.

 

Shouldnt take too long before the phone is shipped since he agreed to take any but since it was processed before I just need to get it changed aswell in case they doesnt ship retail. I will post here once its shipped.
