Upgrades F.A.Q

 
Q ) What are the benefits of upgrading my account?
A ) Please read the benefits you can obtain here.


Q ) What payment methods are accepted?
A ) We currently accept Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Amazon.DE (GERMANY) Giftcards


Q ) How long does it take to receive my subscription?
A ) It depends on the payment method.

Cryptocurrency upgrades: (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin) : 1-3 confirmations
Amazon.DE Giftcards are manual, however it shouldn't take more than 24 hours.



Q ) How long does VIP last for? What about Aqua and Nova?
A ) VIP lasts for 1 month (30 days) while AQUA and NOVA are lifetime subscriptions.


Q ) I paid for VIP and haven't received it yet.
A ) Wait 30 minutes after payment, if you still didn't receive it, send a PM to @Lucas with title "VIP Payment" and include your Shoppy order ID or the email used to pay.


Q ) I would like to pay via Paypal or alternative methods!
A ) PM @Lucas for guidance and you will receive your VIP subscription within 12 hours.




Q ) Can i gift VIP, AQUA or NOVA to other members?
A ) Yes, you can. Go

1) Pick the upgrade you'd like to give away.

2) Go to the profile of the person you'd like to upgrade.

3) Grab their UID (the number of their profile): https://www.nulled.t...r/1471-jokerart his UID is 1471, if you want to upgrade him, you will select 1471 as member ID.

4) Pay the EXACT amount shoppy asks for in CRYPTO. Don't pay 10$, or the amount your wallet shows as 10 Euro. If the shoppy window requests 0.0015324 (this is an example) you have to send that exact amount in order for the payment to be processed properly. If this is not done, the upgrade will have to be processed manually by staff and you will have to contact @Lucas for this.


OR Just send a PM @Lucas with the user you want to upgrade (ONLY IF YOU WANT TO PAY USING AMAZON.DE GIFT CARDS)



Q ) What happens if my payment is reversed double spent?
A ) The upgrade requires 1-3 confirmations on the blockchain, therefore you can't double spend the payment after you've received the upgrade. There's no way to perform this. If you are found abusing somehow else, your account will be permanently banned.

Q ) Can I get a refund?
A ) No, Sales are final and are non-refundable.



Q) "I want to buy Aqua, and I'm VIP already. Can I pay the difference (25 Euro)"?
A) No. All upgrades are unique products. To upgrade from vip to aqua, or from nothing to aqua, you have to pay 35 Euro. If you want to upgrade to nova from aqua, you have to pay 50 Euro.



Q) Can I have multiple upgrades at once?
A) The only upgrades you can have at the same time (concurrently) are Aqua and Nova. VIP is a month trial for Aqua, basically, and therefore is erased if you choose to upgrade to aqua after upgrading to VIP. Aqua is required for upgrading to Nova and therefore, by having Nova, you are guaranteed to have been Aqua prior to this. Aqua will still be optional and available once you upgrade to Nova.

Q) Can I use credits to upgrade my account?
A) No. Credits are currently not usable for upgrades. You can see all the uses for credits HERE but keep in mind upgrading is no longer available.



Q) I haven't received my upgrade awards!!!!
A) The awards (Vip, Aqua and Nova) require your account to have 50 posts. Once you've achieved 50 posts, the award is given automatically by a bot and you don't have to contact anyone to get it. If you don't get it after 24 hours of achieving 50 posts, contact @Lucas


Q) I have credits... Can I buy awards outside of the awards marketplace?
A) Yes, you can, you can pay the full price of the awards HERE! (check the ''upgrades'' tab).



Q) I was banned and was set to normal member //// I want to change my usergroup to a different one I have access to.
