Don't leech and leave a like to help me out!
1. First of all, you will need a serial number with advanced warranty check. They can be found on Ebay, shpock or any other site. Either ask the seller for serial number (say something like "I want to check warranty or authenticity) OR if you're lucky they might have left the serial number in their seller pictures. If you do not find any serials just search here on nulled for a seller!
2. Go onto this link and type in the Serial number to check the warranty. https://pcsupport.le...arrantylookup#/
3. Call Lenovo or live chat them. In my experience I find live chat to have the highest success rate.
4. Say for example that you left your laptop on sleep mode over night because you downloaded some school files or that your laptop suddenly stopped working after turning it of or something. Be creative with your problem! DO NOT say that your battery is leaking I tried it won't work unless you're a photoshop god.
5. The agent will ask you to go through basic troubleshoot problems just pretend you're doing the steps and say that none of the steps are working. The agent will then ask you to send in the product for repair or to send out a worker to repair/pick up the product.
Tell them that this is absolutely not possible because of X reason. For example, Corona. Tell them you have a serious condition, so you can absolutely not be in contact with anyone for security reasons. You're gonna have to be creative with why you can't ship it our, etc. Act frustrated at this point.
OR the agent will see that you have the advanced exchange and will issue a replacement
6. Be polite but still act a lil mad or frustrated about your product. Eventually they will agree to a exchange and will ask for you adress, etc.
That's it! They will then send out an email containing a confirmation and tracking.
NOTE: If you're planning on doing multiple SE's to the same adress, either misspell some words in your adress or in your name or use a fake name. But the safest for multiple SE's is definitely a Drop

Good luck with your SE! Leave a like or feedback I would appreciate it!
