It could as you are using different IPs.
Why not give him the newer one?
Because older one is linked to a riot games account which is like lvl 10 in league of legends and new one i got is linked to my main league of legends account so i wanna use it now

Oh, that's tuff then. I'm guessing that the older one has a 50/50 chance of being looked into, especially as this is a closed beta.

Err my friend is using one of my smurfs that has valorant linked to it and it hasn't been locked out of it yet but can't say for certain. The risk is always there though
