he is a past scammer back. has same discord ID as another banned user but changed the name part. He still had the old image for a while but now he changed it.

Here is not the scam report section but it's enough if he's going to PM a moderator with enough proofs.

If you had nulled account when you scammed before, you'll get banned i think.

Thanks for the information, but as I have never had a scam report or scammed anyone before I think I will be fine.

To add to this, how can I have the same discord id, when the discord account is brand new?

Where is the scam report?

He did not scam me. His discord name and profile picture where that of a banned user, idk if he was banned for scamming or what but why else does a banned user come back.

I just think its sus that on the day his nulled profile was just made his discord happened to match a past banned user Then upon refreshing its now a whole new username/picture. 

Discord can take a little bit to update name/picture for every user it does not always happen right away when you press save. 

 

Just look out for this guy if you keep him here. Look at his posts too its just all public shit so he can get free links to make his profile look more reputable.
