Best thing i've seen so far was using normal clothes.

If you spend your whole day on your pj's you'r not going to want to anything productive, but if you puse some normal clothes, clothes that you usually use to work or school then most likely you will feel more obliged to do those things.

Also wake up early, its very easy to fall into the trap of going to bed late, and waking up at 3 pm, feeling like shit and wasting half your day.

And a final tip, dont spend too much time sitting down, go for a quick jog or walk, and if you cant even do that, just stay up in your desk.

For all of my fellow gym go-ers, how's that been going for you? I miss the gym so much lol. Despite being consistent, feel like I kinda took it for granted. Also are your gyms re-imbursing your membership days?

Same here, except I'm slightly more irritated when I'm around them 24/7 lol (or most of the day at least)

I finally got around to installing some stuff in both cars, changing out the suspension on one, making tons of cookies with the kids, smoking some good cigars...

I’m coding a lot and maybe sometimes playing games or watching some netflix. It really depends on the days, but as the most of you under this thread, I do workouts every afternoon to keep fit and in health.

In case of an investigation by any federal entity or similar, I do not have any involvement with this group or with the people in it, I do not know how I am here, probably added by a thrid party, I do not support any actions by the member of this group.
