Should I Play Again?

OK, so like before i used to play a lot but slowly i stopped playing about a week ago i heard that it's a good game again, and there are new things (last time i played was in like 2016). I was wondering if i should get to it again. And whats some new things in the game?

I play Clash of Clans since 2015 and it's the only game that i keep in my phone, i usually play it in the downtime, in my opinion if you play it not excessively it's a fun game and you can socialize too if you are partecipating in a clan.
