This is a pyramid scheme clearly, there is no actual business or marketing model, the earnings of your investors come solely from other investors (referrals) and thus, this is a complete ponzi scheme. Prove me wrong through pm's showing me how the system would fulfil the payments to the investors if no new investors are acquired.

 

And to be clear, pyramid schemes and  more importantly ponzi schemes DO work, this is why they are dangerous, a scheme working does not mean it's harmless, there's always an end of the line, there's always a late investor, and ponzi schemes in general rely on advertisement and actually working for a while because this is what brings new investors. If a ponzi scheme has no new investors or ''referrals'' as you call them, the chain breaks, and the investors, however many there are, are left out of their investment and earnings. 

 

Lets not exaggerate and oversimplify the scheme, your scheme (judging by your information from the website and this thread) relies on people joining and investing. If this doesn't happen, whoever sent 0.1 ETH to his 'upline' won't receive the 0.1 ETH let alone further earnings back.
