i dont think it goes here but my main laptop is down and says system bios needs to be updated but i had it fixed last time shouldnt be having the same problem still and i cant reach the friend who helped me anybody know what to do? been looking online havent seen much help

Search for the bios drivers on your laptop's brand site by model number. It is usually an .exe installation so that should be easy to do.

Never heard that an Bios Update is a requirement to boot up or what exactly means "down" ?
