What is the risks when refunding items?

Will not refund anyway because it's considered theft.

Just want to know what the risks are.

there are plenty of ways to refund stuff and they all come with different risks but linne is right, theoretically you could get sued

Getting banned of the website is the worst thing that could happen to you

When I refunded my OnePlus phone by saying I never got the package. I would get phone calls form different numbers for 2 weeks and the UPS driver would come to my house saying that he knows he gave me the package, but thankfully it stoped. After 5 months I ordered a package from amazon for another refund and the same courier delivered my package, he didn't said a word about the oneplus, he only told me not to use special characters on my address lol

I'm curious if UPS tracks the amount of refunds. I actually got a call last year from my driver asking about that kind of stuff. Wish more companies used Fedex
