Policy? You've been busy since he paid and couldn't fulfil the service, now he made a report and requested a refund, it's stupid to argue if you know you are in the wrong, there's no need for a policy to tell you how to do business properly.

Man sorry if u didint understand my earlier messages but i delivered after recieving the payment and then dissapeard... That's why im saying it's kinda strange you insist on a refund. Ive got not problems with delivering it once again through nulled DM so i can proof it but refund is kind unfair.
Can we get that clear?

Okay. Don’t send him anything yet. He will confirm if he got it or not. If he didn’t receive it, then he can send you a new email after you show me proof you did send it at the time. If you didn’t send it, you’ll have to refund him.Don't ask me lol ask mr hacker if he checked spam? Or whatever.
