Quit cokes, fast food and sugar. 

 

After that, go up running, that's the easiest way start with short distances, then you can increase a bit weekly.

One thing you could do is eat less calories to help u loose weight.

I say this because the only way to lose weight is to be in a caloric deficit, which means that u have to burn more calories than u eat.

By doing this, it makes ur life much easier in terms of seeing actual weight loss results.

So keep at it man don’t give up plz

Another thing u could do is take cold showers and just constantly be in a cold environment.

The reason for this is because as your body gets cold, it naturally finds ways to balance its temperature and so in order to do so, it burns calories to keep itself warm.

It is better also to sleep in a cold environment because when u sleep, u have no food in ur stomach so when body goes to burn those calories to keep warm and finds no food in the stomach, it immediately goes to the fat storage to burn that to keep warm

And also remember that if u really truly want it, you’ll get it so don’t give up.

use an pump when you run out of breathe and slowly build up how many minutes you can workout.

Hey Man - I use to weigh about 120 and I just want to say there is no easy way about it.

You'll need to do everything in steps - look at what you eat and adjust. Less sugar / processed foods, when your comfortable with that then work in some physical activity. I started getting off the train/bus 1 or 2 stops early, eventually started riding a bicycle to the train station. Picked up an outdoor hobby (spearfishing / freediving) - not recommended if you have asthma but what ever can work for you.

What am I saying is start slow and get there eventually. I weigh about 90ish from 120 (2ish years ago), if you try to do it quick you'll give up quick.

Eat less carbs

Eat more proteins

No junk food

10 minutes of simple exercise on a daily basis and 30 minutes outside walk, after a couple of weeks with these simple steps you will start to loose some excess fat, then you automatically wants to do more and more excersise as you will start to see some good results.
