Hey guys so i have this paypal account probably have 6-7 days , 2 days ago i got 75 euros on it , i verify my phone and my email , i didnt get limited but they keep sayin "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." i already wait 1 day try send the payment , wait another day try send the payment still dont work , their customer support still didnt respond.

I create this account on a vpn , but i connected just with that ip ( from the vpn), i use firefox.

Any ideea how i can fix this ?

wait exactly 72 hours otherwise the "ban" will reset and you'll have to wait another 72 hours. Same issue happened to me and the rep told me to do this and it work. You can give it a try.

I had this problem with withdrawal option. I waited a bit over 72 hours and it worked , like the rep said.
