I ordered some stuff from shein accounts 2 days ago which was inactive from more than 2 years. Yesterday I received msg from shein that my parcel has been shipped but today the real owner changed the password. So, I want to ask that if he can cancel order now? I texted on shein messenger bot and it is asking me to first login to account for parcel status?
