Most people are over reacting. The media is making it out to be worse than it really is. Just happens to be at the time of the US elections... Something fake or is made to be worse than it realy is, always happens at that time.
For example: (As of March 29th 2020)
This "pandemic" is a joke to waste our money and cause panic during an election season!
Since October 2019 when the coronavirus was discovered:(approx.)
Coronavirus deaths worldwide is only 37,000
The flu deaths worldwide is 59,600
Smoking deaths worldwide is 482,200
Aids/HIV deaths world wide: 734,800
Alcohol deaths worldwide: 112,100
The common cold and all mutations deaths worldwide: 41.500
ALL these numbers are taken directly from the CDC(Center for Disease Control) and WHO(World Heath Organization) websites!
So, why are we blowing this virus way out of proportion? Just to make the poor more poor and the rich more rich and to make a big deal during election seasons.
Not to mention CDC probably already has a cure for it by now.

In South Korea, 90% of the fatalities caused by CoViD-19 are people who are 50 years old and above.
As per a week ago, 1 person out of around 9000 confirmed cases who are in their 40s died,
another 1 person in their 30s died,
no casualties with people of aged below 30. I'm quite young so no I'm not scared of it personally.
I am, however scared of passing it on to people who are around me, as you should be.

40-60 thousand people die from flu in ONE year. We have 36,571 death caused by CoViD-19 as of rn and it's only been a few months
Tobacco related deaths are caused by people's choice to smoke and kill themselves which also means they are preventable.
Contracting HIV is completely preventable and you have the option to do that but most of these cases are because people in 3rd world countries don't have education about safe sex practices.
Alchohol deaths are also preventable.
TL;DR, These deaths are preventable.
CoV-SARS-2 is NOT something that you choose to get. It's people like you think we are "Blowing it out of proportion" and you don't give a shit if you walk around and spreading it to other people
because you think it's not that serious.
This thing is just starting out. It will progress exponentially because nobody can contain its spread.
Also, how are the rich getting more rich if stock prices are going down?

I'm personally finding it all terrifying! People don't seem to want to take the advice and I don't know if I'm just over worrying or if I'm the only sane one. I want it all to end, the anxiety of it all is stopping me from sleeping.
How is it making you feel?
Am I overreacting?
There is absolutely no reason to be scared
The corona virus is like a flu, we just don't have any vaccine yet
If you respect the self quarantine, and the precautions (wash your hands, don't hug/kiss peole etc..) then everything will be ok
No need to be anxious about one moffo named after a beer lmao

As long as you're distancing yourself from other people, you'll be fine. Don't touch surfaces you don't need to. A lot of places are already lockdown too.
Here in Finland some restaurants are still open like Mcdonalds and other fast food restaurants but they now only offer take aways
