I just started learning it right now.
I had this book I've been meaning to use since awhile ago and I just cracked it open and that's how I've been learning.
There's plenty of leaked Java eBooks online too.

tbh just go to youtube and search for java beginner tutorial, it´s nice to have a tutorial which ends with a complete programm but you can learn the fundamentals by literally any video

As with all other programming languages, there is no real best way. The key to successfully learning a programming language is to constantly read up on the topic and always explore and try out new ways. There are a lot of tutorials on YouTube, Udemy and many other platforms about how to set up an integrated development environment and start developing your first applications. As an integrated development environment (=IDE) I can recommend you IntelliJ IDEA, because I use this program myself and I am very satisfied. It has a user-friendly interface and makes programming much easier.
