Twitch tax declaration [Affiliate]

Hello, I'm thinking of getting into twitch, botting primes and streaming normally meanwhile. However, when I tried signing up for twitch affiliate I stubled upon tax ID declaration. What do you guys do in that case? Do you just enter a random one? I have 18 years old but I don't want to have to declare twitch income because of the way my country handles that ( I don't mind paying them tho ).

 

So would random generated ones work or problems might occur later on?

with the random ones I got banned before payout but I don't think that the tax id was the issue

Would you mind asking me what should I not do in order not to get banned? If it's private then no worries.

The usual stuff.. first month don't do over $100/$200, If you are not using subbot use different ip for every 3 to 5 new prime subs (when you are subbing them to ur channel). Stream at least once per week, put info below your channel so It looks legit.. and other things but I can't remember now
