Im offering spotify streaming service. I bought 40 songs from him but songs  cant be approved by distributor because of its low quality. My customers tried to upload his songs with 2 different distributor and both tries were denied by distributors. When i asked him for refund he told me he wont do full refund so i tried to refund at least 20 songs but later he denied refund f those 20 songs too.

Around a month before the "explosion" of Spotify stream botting, I started offering my services in Discord Spotify-Stream servers.

@OriaxSTREAM wrote me a message on 08 March 2020, saying he was interested in buying some songs.

He asked for infos about prices and song type.

That's how I work and how I specified I would've delivered the songs:

Every song has got a different instrument from eachother
Every 5 songs I change the melody

Every 10 songs I change the drums

And I produced and delivered the songs as I said.

 

From some days, distributors got more strict, and that's a fact that I'm reading a lot in streambotting servers, and Oriax contacted me saying the songs are not working.

Now the fact is: I can't be 100% sure that he is trying to upload my songs, because he has got no proof of that, he could even create an empty mp3/wav file, upload it and send me the "reject" screen. Apart from this, I asked him to upload the song singularly, because this would have worked for sure and I think it's a good compromise. But he is refusing to do that.

And how would you want him to prove it? I dont understand. 

 

You want him to add the song singularly? what does that mean? and how is it any different from what he did?

My customers dont need release single tracks, to keep botting safe its better to release more songs on artist like Episodes or albums so i will never take my customers into risk just because your songs wont be released as album or episode (5+ songs in one release). I dont care if distributor is more strict, i asked you for a songs which should be approved, you sent me 40 unworking songs which will never be approved by distributor and as i said i wont use them as singles,

ALSO YOU NEVER TOLD ME THEY WORK ONLY AS SINGLES. I dont care how many songs you sold already but im sure it wasnt 600 and if it was maybe thats reason why its rejected by distributor because all songs are almost same. So take responsibility for your service. By the way, why would i sent to my customers different songs and then i would act like its yours? Im looking for song producer for long term business so its making no sense for me. You sayi bullshits.

I do not exactly know what you both have agreed on but when it comes to the pure delivery of songs @Hewlett was always extremly fast and reliable.

We have bought extremly many songs of him to resell and at first they all got accepted without problems. However with the recent growth of spotify botting it is now hard to get beats approved. We have never had an agreement with AMGI that they need to be accepted on spotify. That was our risk. I do not exactly know if you have the same kind of agreement with him or not.

When you decide to make a scam report, you leave all expectations behind, you don't get to make every decision, you gave him an offer he rejected and I thought was fair, now that he agreed to do it you want something else? I dont really understand this logic.
I can only see your attitude as being stubborn and not really willing to compromise to find middle ground. 

Not only that, but I think it's very fair that after you get the songs (which you could use to upload each one sepparately) you get a 50% refund on top of that. 

Just like he thinks he shouldnt refund a cent, and you think you should be refunded in full, this is a middle ground which would mean a partial loss for both of you. 

 

I think a 50% refund is more than fair considering there are no additional requests. You can receive a 50% refund and use the songs however you wish to use them. And as it was a possibility when you offered, it is a possibility now.
