What is currently the best way of learning C++? I want to learn this so i can learn how to make simple in-game cheats etc. (If that's the only language i need).

Yeah i noticed that lol, made a cs go cheat for fun and didn't understand a single bit of it
If you want to learn C++ programming, and already have background knowledge in C, then you can watch videos from cppcon, make fun projects and check https://cppreference.com/. You can also read books from Bjarne Stroustrup.
If you have never programmed before you could read "Programming Principles and Practice Using C++", otherwise any of his other books are fine.
The most important thing is to try features out and see what is actually been compiled. https://godbolt.org/ is your friend.
C++ evolves all the time so you need to keep up with the standards, http://cppquiz.org/ is a fun little site to test your knowledge, although not every aspect of the language is tested there, I enjoyed answering all the questions.

Try taking a udemy/skillshare course. If you can, read Bjarne Stoustrop's book on the language. Play around with every concept you learn
